Benjamin Delis

Benjamin is a pharmacist and process engineer with nearly 10 years of progressive leadership in pharmaceutical manufacturing. He began his career at Pierre Fabre, advancing from Production Officer to Production Manager, where he oversaw aseptic commercial manufacturing, including cytotoxic production in ATEX environments. Since 2020, Benjamin has served as Head of Production at Adragos Pharma – Baccinex SA in Switzerland, leading strategic initiatives, production capacity expansion, and continuous improvement while ensuring the highest standards of GMP compliance. Since early 2023, he has also taken on a mandate as Project Leader for the revamping of an aseptic filling line. He is recognized for combining strong technical expertise with proven leadership to drive operational excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
