Moritz Hafner
Member of the Board of Directors
Moritz joined Adragos in May 2025 as a member of the Board of Directors.
He brings a decade of experience across investment banking and private equity. Currently, Moritz is part of FSN Capital Partners, a leading Northern European private equity firm, where he serves as Principal. In this role, he is responsible for originating and executing investments and work closely with portfolio companies on value creation, strategic growth, and operational improvement.
Prior to that, Moritz spent nine years at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, working across New York and London. He focused on Middle Market Leveraged Finance and Syndicate.
Moritz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University and an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford.
