John Luburic

After five impactful years in the automotive industry, John transitioned to pharmaceuticals, by joining the aseptic filling team at Lilly France. This extensive experience laid a strong foundation in sterile manufacturing before he joined Baccinex SA (now Adragos) in 2013.

At Adragos, he quickly advanced, starting as a Production Operator where he honed his skills in automated aseptic filling, format changes, and GMP adherence. His leadership potential led him to a four-year tenure as a Fill and Finish Crew Leader, where he managed a team of 12, orchestrated weekly planning, and handled process deviations within controlled environments. Since May 2023, he has served as a Process Development Specialist, leveraging his deep expertise to collaborate with client relations on new projects, review technical demands, conduct feasibility tests, and contribute to continuous improvement, all while maintaining a hands-on involvement in aseptic filling activities. He consistently demonstrates strong autonomy, rigorous adherence to safety regulations, and a comprehensive understanding of aseptic manufacturing.
