Sofiane joined Adragos Pharma in October 2025 as Business Development Manager, bringing extensive experience in business development, market access, and commercial strategy across the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Previously, he held roles at Abzena and CARBOGEN AMCIS, where he built robust sales pipelines, managed key client relationships, and drove market growth initiatives.

At Adragos Pharma, Sofiane identifies and pursues new business opportunities, supports strategic lead generation, and collaborates closely with commercial and marketing teams to ensure pipeline efficiency and successful project execution. With a strong scientific foundation from his Master’s in Chemistry and an MBA in Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Management, he combines technical expertise with strategic commercial insight to drive business expansion.
