Avra is Chief Commercial Officer at Adragos Pharma, responsible for our global commercial strategy across our CDMO network. She brings more than 30 years of international experience in pharmaceutical outsourcing, building and leading high-performing sales and business development organisations and nurturing long-term customer partnerships. Her expertise spans sales, marketing, key account management and business development, with a track record of pipeline growth, strategic partnerships and customer value creation. Educated as a Chemical Engineer at the National Technical University of Athens and with an MBA from the University of South Wales, she brings a blend of technical depth and commercial expertise. Known for her inclusive, motivational leadership and results-oriented approach, Avra combines strategic thinking with a strong understanding of customer needs and commercial performance in highly regulated markets.
