Arne Jarsumbeck

With a distinguished career in finance and corporate leadership, Arne Jarsumbeck is our Head of Corporate Finance at Adragos Pharma. Arne brings experience in the fields of accounting, finance, and tax compliance. His previous role as CFO for the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic at MAHLE (an international automotive supplier), where he managed finance and tax compliance across multiple legal entities, highlights his deep expertise in regional financial management.

Arne’s extensive professional background includes various management positions within the MAHLE and MAHLE Behr Group. Of particular note is his management of the department Taxes and Consolidation, including the development of a group accounting in accordance with IFRS, his responsibility for Controlling in the MAHLE Behr division, where he played a key role in the integration of reporting and controlling standards during the integration of MAHLE Behr into the MAHLE Group, and his role as Head of Finance at the parent company of the group. In addition, he can look back on several years of experience as an auditor and consultant at Ernst & Young.

Arne’s academic foundation is equally impressive, holding a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Business Administration from Universität Göttingen and having studied Economics at Universität Mannheim.
