Sterile Manufacturing Process
Our sterilization process, critical in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing, is chosen based on your product requirements. This includes processes suitable for cold-chain and highly viscous sterile liquid products. We provide options for aseptic filling or terminal sterilization by heat to ensure product safety.

Ampoules
We offer a wide range of ampoule formats (glass and polyethylene PE) covering from 1-30 ml, providing flexibility to meet our clients’ desires. Our protocols in sterile liquid manufacturing are designed to eliminate and prevent the presence of any viable microorganisms in every step of the process.
Vials
We offer vial capacities ranging from 10 to 20 ml. Our blow-fill-seal (BFS) process is a state-of-the-art technology in sterile manufacturing. It creates high-quality containers through an automated multistep process that forms, fills, and seals the vials in one motion, ensuring reliability and consistency for every sterile liquid product we deliver.
IV Bags
Our range of IV Bags spans from 100 to 1,000 ml. These are produced in automated production lines within a clean room environment, ensuring their safety and purity—key aspects in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing. We specialize in providing standard sterile solutions such as dextrose, NaCl, sterile water, lactated Ringer’s, Ringer acetate, and sodium citrate.
Our portfolio includes a range of IV drugs for sterile manufacturing, including levofloxacin, moxifloxacin, magnesium sulfate, linezolid, heparin, and acetaminophen, ensuring we meet the diverse needs of sterile liquid production for pharmaceutical applications.
