Dr. Ursula Bausch

Ursula Bausch has built up and led as CEO her own company active in the field of sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing for more than 20 years with strong entrepreneurial spirit. Before that she held positions at Pfizer in Illertissen, Germany and Bristol-Myers-Squibb in Munich as Clinical Trial Scientist and Supply Coordinator.

By training, Ursula Bausch is a pharmacist. She holds a PhD awarded by the University of Basel after her doctoral studies at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology. In 2020, she obtained an MBA from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.

Ursula Bausch is a member of the board of Basel Area Business & Innovation since 2023.
