Barbara Ruggiero
Business Development Director
Barbara joined Adragos Pharma in April 2026 as Business Development Director and brings more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with deep know-how in pharmaceutical services sales. Working several years for Vetter Pharma, she held a Business Development Manager position focusing on early stage clinical projects within Europe . In addition, she was one of the major actors at Hybrigenis Services SAS, allowing the launch of a techology plateform as a fee for service for academic labs a biotechs.
At Adragos Pharma, Barbara is focusing on our fill&finish services, for early phase projects for our Athens and Jura sites. In her role she also supports our new Maison- Alfort site, to accompany our customers throughout the entire development of their product. She is supporting marketing team and helps, broaden the expertise and network for small molecules and biologic products.
