Jérôme Richard
Site Quality Head & Responsible Pharmacist
Jérôme Richard is Site Quality Head & Responsible Pharmacist at Adragos Pharma Maisons-Alfort. An Industrial Pharmacist by training, he brings 25 years of experience across Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry.
Throughout his career, Jérôme has developed strong expertise in GMP compliance, pharmaceutical quality systems and regulated manufacturing environments. He has managed both small and large teams, with leadership responsibility for up to 140 people, combining technical expertise with operational leadership and cross-functional coordination.
In his current role, he oversees quality activities at the Maisons-Alfort site and supports the continued delivery of compliant, reliable and quality-driven pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
