Konstantinos (Kostas) Rengis

Kostas is Chief Executive Officer of Adragos Pharma, leading the company’s next phase of growth as a global CDMO platform built on operational excellence, strong customer partnerships, and disciplined execution.

He brings more than 35 years of international leadership experience across global manufacturing and Pharma CDMO operations, with a track record of scaling complex, multisite platforms and networks across Europe, North America, LATAM, and Asia. His career spans family-owned, publicly listed, and private equity-backed environments, consistently delivering sustainable growth while strengthening quality, reliability, and long-term customer trust.

Prior to joining Adragos, Kostas served as Group CEO of FAMAR, where he led a significant transformation of the business. Under his leadership, the company achieved strong organic growth and a substantial increase in EBITDA, while maintaining high service levels and strengthening its quality, R&D, and sustainability performance. He also led the company through a successful ownership transition.

Kostas combines a hands-on leadership style with a visionary and strategic approach to building integrated CDMO platforms. He focuses on connecting R&D, manufacturing, and commercial capabilities across the network, enabling scalable growth and long-term value creation. He places strong emphasis on building high-performing teams, aligning organizations around clear priorities, and developing deep, long-term partnerships with customers.
