Introducing Kristina, the Head of People at Adragos. With many years of experience in human resources, consulting and recruitment, she excels in managing personnel matters and fostering a supportive work environment. Prior to assuming her current role, Kristina served as Head of Recruiting at umlaut company (now part of Accenture), where she effectively led recruitment efforts. 

Armed with a strong background in psychology, including a diploma in psychology from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, Kristina brings a profound understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics to her work.
