Marco is Adragos’ Chief Technical Officer and leads the global manufacturing operations and oversees the development of all sites in our global network.

He draws on 20+ years of international experience in pharmaceutical operations. Excellent industry knowledge within the Life Sciences particularly in generic pharmaceuticals and CDMO enabled him to substantially shape leading global pharma companies.

He is the former COO of Aenova (overseeing 18 manufacturing sites) and SVP Global Operations at STADA (overseeing 15 manufacturing sites) and was acting CEO of STADA Russia. He founded his own company where he advised leading pharmacos in operational matters, for instance Takeda in a major network carve-out project.

He started his career in the Strategic Management Consulting arm of Capgemini and supported mainly Life Sciences clients in the area of Operations.
