Mr. Prange is shareholder at Adragos and member of the Advisory Board. He brings more than 20 years of experience in deal making and company building to the team.

He is a full-blooded entrepreneur. As founder and chairman of Prange Group he holds majority shares > 60 companies across nine countries. He built the group from ground up and successfully acquired, grew and exited several businesses, many of which in the pharmaceutical space. For instance, he built Haupt Pharma and sold it to Aenova, one of Europe’s largest contract manufacturers and Mucos, a biopharma company focusing on enzymatic therapy.

Mr. Prange is Auditor, certified CA and CPA and lives with his family in Plettenberg where he takes deep interest in pro bono and social activities.
