Stephanie joined Adragos in November 2022 as an independent Board Member.

Stephanie is an industry and digital transformation expert with over 28 years of experience in blue chip companies spanning the healthcare value chain and she is currently the CDO, Drug Development at Novo Nordisk A/S.

Prior to joining Novo Nordisk, she was the Head of Strategy and Innovation for the Corporate Digital Accelerator within Becton Dickinson, Vice President of Data and Digital in Global Drug Development at Novartis and President and Managing Director of Takeda Digital Ventures, a venture arm of Takeda Pharmaceuticals that invented and invested in digital healthcare start-ups. She was also CEO/founder of OSHI Health, Inc. a digital health start-up that serves patients with gastrointestinal disorders. She has also held various positions at Pfizer, Altana, and Deloitte Consulting.
