Wayne is a global pharmaceutical executive and director with extensive experience of over 30 years in building and steering complex organizations to greater performance and sustainable profit and growth.

Wayne had a key role in dozens of high-impact transactions at Fortune 500 and small companies. He reshaped manufacturing and supply chain operations while driving higher levels of execution and efficiency.

Wayne held numerous regional and global management positions at both Abbott Laboratories and Allergan, becoming a Board member of Adragos in May 2022.

Wayne originally from the UK is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK, and now based in the US for the last 20 years.
