Eleni Kotsi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy. With 22 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical QA field, she has been at the helm of the QA department at Adragos Athens (formerly Lamda Laboratories) for the past 7 years.

In her role, Eleni is tasked with developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. She has led numerous client audits, exceeding 20 in number, and spearheaded efforts to ensure FDA readiness for Lamda Laboratories. Notably, she played a pivotal role in the construction and implementation of the quality system for the Highly Potent Lab at Lamda Laboratories.

Eleni oversees both internal and external audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with quality standards, regulatory mandates, and internal protocols. Additionally, she manages the investigation and resolution of quality issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
