Frederic began his professional journey in the pharmaceutical industry after graduating with a degree in chemistry in 1986. In 1989, he joined a newly established pharmaceutical factory, where his primarily focused on production, particularly in the manufacturing of injectable forms using aseptic processes or terminal sterilization. Over the years, Frederic developed a strong expertise in manufacturing processes and aseptic distribution. By 2005, he transitioned into leadership roles, overseeing production activities across multiple lines. He briefly explored packaging for dry forms for about a year before finding a new opportunity in a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO).

Frederic took on the responsibility of managing weekend activities within the ophthalmic sector. This role led him to start and lead aseptic filling workshops, first as a Production Manager and later as the Head of an autonomous production unit.

Eventually, Frederic joined the Adragos, where he continues to contribute with experience and leadership to the organization’s objectives.
